When did you first become interested in photography? What sparked it and when did you decide that it was what you were going to do? Tell us your story 😉
Were you formally educated in photography, or are you self taught?
I’m formally educate in photography.
What is your ways of income from photography? Do you sell your photos on microstock sites? What else?
Income from photography is from customers want to photoshoot. Yes, i sell my photos also and join some photography competition.
What else do you do besides photography? 😉
Beside photography i do design for customers such as design for clothes, banner, logo. It depend on what customer want me to design.
What mistakes did you make when you started taking pictures?
Mistakes that i did is i just ignore the exposure. I just shoot in auto mode. When i want to edit it.. It can’t be edited.
Which photo are you currently most proud of? Tell us a story about this photo please.
The photo of Petronas twins tower, the capital of Malaysia. The photos is telling about Malaysia.
Who have you learned the most from?
I learned the most is from my senior in college and my bestfriends.
When did you start sharing your photos on Pexels and Unsplash? Many photographers prefer not to share their photos for free, but sell them on photo banks. What is your reason to do that? Does it helps you to attract new customers or you have some any other reasons?
I start sharing my photos on pexel and unsplash in early year 2019. Yeah.. It attracts new people on my socmed.
How did you find your photography style, and what can you recommend to other photographers trying to find their niche?
First i love to street photography then I want to explore more about photography, i don’t just stick in one styles but i learn all of photography styles. To the other photographers trying to find their niche, just do what u love to do, for example if u like to do portraiture photography than do it, if u like street photography than do it. You can do whatever you want when u like something. If u like do all of the photography then do that..
Your favourite accessory?
Wide lens and prime lens for portraiture.
Favourite photography website?
Aperture, sony website.
To what degree do you retouch your photos, Photoshop? Lightroom? Aperture? Anything that you like to do in your photos in particular, such as add certain curves?
When i want to edit my photos, i use adobe lightroom to retouch some highlights, shadows or retouch some colors that can distract eye in my photos and add certain curves to make the photos look attractive in viewers eyes. I also use adobe Photoshop to clean up my photo. For example is when i retouch skin for portraiture shot and also doing some collage or typography on my photo.
Do you use some photographer’s facebook groups/forums/subreddits/medium to share your experience or discuss something?
Yes. I loved to discuss something or share it with other photographers that i want to know more about photography.

What promotion methods do you use? How do you find customers for your photo shoots? I mean facebook&instagram ads, etc.
Promotion that i use is instagram and facebook. Its all from the media platform.
